Saturday, October 1
8am Call time - Please show up dressed in the 4 S’s - Instrument Load, Uniform Check-out, Luggage Inspection - THERE WILL BE A DRINK CONTAINER INSPECTION
8:45 Depart - Lunch en route (Bring $$$)
2:00pm Arrive at Missouri State
4:21 Prelims Performance (we are in Gold Division) - Bring a change of clothes to dress down after performance
5:30 MSU PRIDE BAND EXHIBITION PERFORMANCE
5:45 PRELIM AWARDS (Silver & Gold Divisions)
8:14 Gold Finals Performances begin
10:15 FINALS AWARDS CEREMONY
11:00 Approximate arrival to hotel
11:45 Lights out
Sunday, October 2
7:30a Chaperones wake up rooms - Eat breakfast (provided)
8:45 Load busses 9:00 Depart for LHS - Lunch en route (Bring $$$)
2:00pm Approximate return to LHS.
More info:
1. No open drinks when boarding the bus at LHS, they must be factory sealed.
2. All medications must be in their original containers. 2. Bring $$$ for LUNCH on Saturday and Sunday. All other meals are provided by Bandstanders.
3. Bring cozy clothes to wear after performances.
4. Ticket Prices: $12 adult (ticket includes all prelims and finals performances) $8 students and senior citizens Children 5 years and younger accompanied with an adult are admitted free
