This is an overnight trip with hotel stay on Saturday. 

Saturday, September 21 

• 5:00am Call time in LHS Lobby
  • Show up dressed in the 4 S’s.  Band students must have black LHS socks and DINKLES ON THEIR FEET to get on the bus
  • Luggage Inspection/THERE WILL BE A DRINK CONTAINER INSPECTION
  • Brown bag breakfast (provided by Bandstanders)
• 5:30am Depart
  • Lunch en route ($10 per diem provided by Bandstanders)
• 1:30pm EST Arrive at Fortress Obetz- 2015 Recreation Trl, Obetz, OH 43207
• 2:55 Warm-up- Area B
• 3:25 Pit depart/ 3:35 Pit report 
• 3:40 Band depart/ 3:50 Band report
• 4:00 Prelims Performance (we are in AAA Division)
• 5:00 PRELIM AWARDS
• 5:45 Dinner (provided by Bandstanders)
• 7:30 Finals Performances begin
• 10:45 FINALS AWARDS CEREMONY
• 11:45 Approximate arrival to hotel- check-in and lights out

Sunday, September 22

• 8:30a Chaperones wake up rooms
  • Eat breakfast (provided)
• 9:45 Load busses 
• 10:00 Depart for LHS
  • Lunch en route (Bring $$$)
• 4:00pm Approximate return to LHS.
