River City Showcase - Fort Zumwalt North

Location: Fort Zumwalt North High School, 1230 Tom Ginnever Ave, O'Fallon, MO 63366

**This will be an all-day competition with preliminary and finals. Performance is rain or shine.

Itinerary

• 8:00am Arrive at LHS
  • Wear the “4 S’s”: Band Shirts, Shorts, Socks, and Shoes
  • Arrive with hair competition ready
  • Report to Stadium- short rehearsal
• 8:40 Load equipment
• 10:00 Depart
• 10:45 Arrive Fort Zumwalt North HS
  • Suit up
  • Unload equipment
  • Snack (provided by Bandstanders)
• 12:15pm Warm-up (Area B)
• 1:00 Move to gate
• 1:15 PRELIMS PERFORMANCE
  • Instruments back in cases, Dress down to the “4 S’s”
  • Eat lunch at concessions (Bring $$$)
    • Students need to bring money for concessions for lunch! Cash, debit, and
      credit cards are accepted at the main concession area.
  • Return to stadium to watch bands, sit on back bleachers
• 3:15 Prelims Awards
  • We are in the Class 6 Division
• Following Awards
  • Finalists will draw for finals performance times
  • Dinner (provided by Bandstanders)

Finals start at 6:15pm

• TBA FINALS PERFORMANCE 
  • Will not know Finals performance time until after prelim awards
• 9:30 Finals Awards
• 10:45 Depart Fort Zumwalt North
• 11:30pm Approximate return to LHS.
  • Unload equipment and uniforms
  • Lots of parent volunteer help will be needed please
