Pink out and 8th Grade Night

FRIDAY 9/25 - NO SCHOOL TODAY

ATTIRE: No uniforms will be worn.  Wear anything PINK!

• LHS Students: Please avoid dying hair/using pink spray or pink body paint that won’t come off easily since we have a competition the next day. 

ITINERARY:

• 4:30pm Call Time at LHS.
• 4:40 Eat dinner in Commons (8th grade + HS band).  Pizza  provided by the Bandstanders. 
• 5:50 8th grade band and HS band rehearse in Gold Gym.
• 6:20 8th grade band moves to stadium.
• 6:30 Pre-game Performance for LHS Marching Band.  8th grade band will watch the LHS marching band perform their field show.
• 7:00 Game Starts
• During the game, they sit in a designated section on the stands and perform the fight song, pep tunes, etc.  
• 8:20(approx.) Halftime.  8th Grade Students will perform on the field with the high school marching band.
• 3rd Quarter - break. Students must report back to band bleachers by end of 3rd quarter.  
• After the game, the band will sing Alma Mater.  Then they will march back to the band room, put away uniforms and instruments, get final announcements if any, and then be dismissed. 
• 9:45 Approximate ending time.
