I consent that the clinic directors or event volunteers may photograph and/or video record my child during clinic events and may use the images in promotional materials for future Lindbergh Guard events.
I acknowledge that color guard is a sport and as such, includes some risk of injury. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event directors and affiliates, including but not limited to the Lindbergh School District, event organizers, and volunteers, of any injuries my child may incur.
