Craft & Flea Market Vendor Registration - Fall 2025

Be a Vendor at our 2025 Fall Craft & Flea Market on Sunday, September 7, 2025  

The Annual Craft & Flea Market is a fundraiser sponsored by the Lindbergh High School Bandstanders.  Bandstanders is a 501(c)3 not for profit which supports the band programs of Lindbergh School District.  All funds raised are used to support our band students.

Lindbergh Bandstanders Craft & Flea Market is Sunday September 7, 2025 from 8:00am - 2:00pm.  Vendor check-in is from 6:00am-7:45am.  For details and additional information, please click here.  Tables, chairs, tents and electric are NOT provided.

THIS EVENT IS HELD AT LINDBERGH HIGH SCHOOL BOTH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE.  EVENT IS HELD RAIN OR SHINE.  THERE IS NO RAIN DATE.  NO REFUNDS. 

NEW THIS YEAR! Vendors may choose different rentals spaces. Cost will increase by $10 after 8/1/2025 so reserve your spot now!

- Vendor spots that consist of 2 or 3 parking spots allow you to park your vehicle in that reserved space if you have room, but please note you may not move your vehicle until after 2pm for safety.  All 10’x10’ spaces cannot accommodate a vehicle. Vendors purchasing those spaces must park in the Vendor Parking Lot after unloading.

-Indoor booths are not suitable for large or bulky items. 

-Please note: Direct Sales vendors will be limited to one vendor per company. We will screen for duplicate vendors; and notify for duplication; but we also suggest you ask in advance by emailing LHSBandMarket@gmail.com. Bandstanders is not responsible for Multi-Level Marketing duplications. 

To reserve a space, complete this form and click button "Save and Checkout".   This will take you to checkout page to submit payment.  You will then be sent an automatically generated email that serves as your confirmation that you have been selected as a vendor.  There are no refunds.

Spaces are assigned in the following order:

• Returning Spring 2025 Flea Market vendors requesting the SAME space who complete the registration before August 15^th will be assigned that space. 
• Returning Spring 2025 Flea Market vendors requesting a NEW space who complete the registration before August 15^th will be given first priority for available spaces after August 15^th based on the order the application was received. 
• Returning vendors from other previous Flea Markets who complete the registration before August 15^th will be given second priority for available spaces after August 15^th based on the order the application was received. 
• New vendors who complete the registration before August 15^th will be given third priority for available spaces after August 15^th based on the order the application was received.
