2025 Fall Car Show - VENDOR REGISTRATION

BE A VENDOR AT OUR CAR SHOW

Lindbergh High School Bandstanders in partnership with Cruisin Lindbergh invites you to be a vendor at our show! Bandstanders is a 501(c)3 not for profit which supports the band programs of Lindbergh School District. All funds raised are used to support our band students. 

Vendors may reserve a spot at LHS for $100. Spaces are 2 parking spots in size.  Limited spaces available!

To reserve a space, complete this form and submit payment. You will receive an automatically generated confirmation email. There are no refunds.

Spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Additional Information

  • Vendor check-in is from 8:30am to 10:00am. You will be met at the entrance and directed to your space. 
  • Spaces may not be vacated until after the 2:00pm awards are complete. Vehicles are not allowed into or out of rental spaces during the car show. You may park in your spot or in the free parking lot. 
  • Firearms (including toys and replicas), knives of any kind, vehicles, alcohol, tobacco or vaping supplies, and any other items not appropriate for minors may not be allowed. Bandstanders reserve the right to determine if an item is appropriate for minors and will not be allowed. These decisions are final. Vendors who fail to comply may be asked to leave.
  • This is an outdoor event on a paved parking lot & grassy area. There is little shade and no cover, so plan accordingly.
  • No table, electricity, running water, or trash pick-up is provided. 
  • Restrooms are located inside the high school and will be clearly marked.
  • Food Trucks are not allowed.
  • Lindbergh High School is a smoke/alcohol-free campus. No smoking/alcohol is allowed on the school grounds.
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and disposing of all trash in the rental space. 
  • LHS Bandstanders, Cruisin Lindbergh,  and the Lindbergh School District are not liable for any theft, damage, loss of work, or personal injury.
  • No parking is allowed on the grass, walkways, or driveways. Free parking is provided in the designated vendor parking area. 
  • A variety of food trucks will be on-site for your convenience.
