
Dear Band Families,
Bandstanders is partnering with Heimos Greenhouses to offer poinsettia sales again this year! This is an optional, individual fundraiser that gives students the chance to earn money toward band fees and/or the big trip.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Sell

Use the attached flyer and order form to take orders from family, friends, and neighbors.

Collect payment at the time of the order. (Checks, Venmo, etc. should be paid directly to you, not Bandstanders.)
Step 2: Submit Orders

By November 7, log into your Membership Toolkit account to enter and pay for your sales.

Place one combined order for all your sales.

Pricing breakdown:

Sell each poinsettia for $12.
-
Pay Bandstanders $6.50 per plant through Membership Toolkit.

Keep the remaining $5.50 profit per plant.
Step 3: Pick Up & Deliver

The attached order sheet is for your own record-keeping and does not need to be turned in.
